Master Terms of Service

1. Acceptance & Client Engagement

By engaging RA NEXUS for any professional services, the Client ("Client") agrees to be bound by these Master Terms & Conditions. All project agreements, statements of work, and invoices issued by RA NEXUS incorporate these terms by reference.

2. Mandatory Advance Deposit & Payment Terms

To allocate resources and commence technical execution, RA NEXUS enforces strict payment terms across all client engagements:

• Mandatory 50% Advance Deposit: A minimum 50% advance deposit is strictly required prior to initiating any project or service phase.
• Monthly Retainer Services: For all recurring monthly retainer services, a mandatory 50% advance (or 100% upfront monthly billing as per contract) must be cleared prior to campaign activation or month-start provisioning.
• Balance Settlement: Outstanding project balances must be cleared in full prior to final project deployment, domain launch, or final asset handover.

3. GST & Statutory Taxes

All quotes and invoices issued by RA NEXUS are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) under Indian tax laws. Applicable statutory taxes will be billed additionally on formal tax invoices.

4. Intellectual Property & Deliverables

Upon receipt of 100% full invoice settlement, final custom project deliverables created specifically for the Client will belong to the Client. RA NEXUS retains rights to pre-existing internal frameworks and proprietary tools.

5. Scope & Change Control

Any requested changes or additions outside the agreed scope of work will require a written change order and additional fee approval prior to implementation.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and all Client agreements shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. All legal disputes, claims, or proceedings are strictly restricted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Pudukkottai, Tamil Nadu (Pudukkottai Judiciary).
